The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the ferry terminal and plenty of small, nice restaurants in the area. it is conveniently located near all of the attractions Sultanahmet has to offer. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are acceptable. the staff is generally helpful and friendly. the breakfast offers a good variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and bread. the view from the terrace during breakfast is stunning, allowing guests to enjoy the breathtaking scenery while starting their day.
There have been some complaints about the organization and reliability of the staff.

Perfectly situated for sight seeing some of city's main attractions, this hotel is a short walk from the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and Topkapi Palace. The Grand Bazaar is a little further but still an easy walk. It is easy to access the city's tram system for travelling further afield, or simply accessing the airport quickly and cheaply. There is a good range of restaurants nearby for evening meals. Friendly, helpful staff made for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace which has fantastic views of the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosque. Proximity to the mosque does mean that you are aware of calls to prayer, but otherwise the location is relatively quiet. An ideal, good value base for a city stay.
Breakfast is simple, although adequate. The addition of fruit and real fruit juice would be an improvement.

The breakfast location, on the roof overlooking the Blue Mosque, was very good..
Wedid not like the fact that transfer arrangements arranged with the hotel in advance were not met. The room we booked was not available for first night. We also dreaded opening the bathroom door due to extremely unpleasant smells, and the inside pane of double glazed window was broken with shafts of glass left sticking out. Most importantly we were very concerned that we were on third floor and fire escape exits were blocked by heavy furniture and despite discussing with manager twice nothing was done.

This hotel is such a gem! the prices are incredibly reasonable for what you get. Secondly, the location is fantastic - it's so close to everything in the area, including the ferry. And let me tell you, the service is top-notch! The staff is friendly, helpful, and really attentive to detail.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about

Location was excellant, however, the hotel is dirty, the manager is rude and unhelpful and you pay the same reates as other rooms when your room is the size of a box. View from the roof terrace was awesome, I have stayed other times and will not return, it is not value for money when you are met with such rudeness and filth.

This hotel is a top spot in terms of value for money. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to everything Sultanahmet has to offer, including a lovely restaurant nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms have a great view of the Bosphorus.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The staff helped with all inquiries and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. They were cheerful and very welcoming.
There were no reading lamps so that it was impossible to read in bed. That is a necessity for me but obviously not a priority for most people, otherwise something would be done about it.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a great location near the Blue Mosque. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, which was a lovely bonus. The prices were reasonable, making it great value for money.
There was one minor issue that could be improved.

great location and view from the upper terrace
this place is a disaster! the place was old and not up kept well (the paint was falling off the walls everywhere and it smelled bed); our bathroom light didn't work, it smelled like sewage and there were electrical wires and ends of pipes sticking out of the walls; internet didn't work; breakfast was very poor (there was no choice, but a set food in a poor amount, you got some bread and two slices of cheese, two olives, two slices of tomato and such); they didn't let us keep our room key, we had to request it from the front desk every time we needed to get to our room; but THE WORST was this: we checked in, showed our booking and signed all paperwork and left our luggage in the room, when we came back front desk staff refused to give us our key unless we pay extra for our room, when we refused to do so it ended up with an unpleasant fight and we wanted to check out right away but the staff was not willing to refund us, so we stayed for one night and had to look for a different hotel the next day; this place felt like a bad hostel not a hotel, it was a "dark cloud" on our otherwise perfect vacations

- no pick up at airport as agreed in advance - no cleaned room at arrival time despite of reservation (very dirty, smelling bathroom) - after reminder at the reception even at 11 p.m. room still had not been cleaned - absolutely unreasonable behavior of owner while confronting and a disproportional price reduction of only 10€ - no apology from the owner
